Sales Associates/Key holder (Wellesley & Brookline) OPEN

Love fashion? We do too!  We are looking for a friendly sales associate who is able to work in both of our stores 30-40 hours a week.  

In addition to sales, this is a great opportunity for someone to use their creativity & experience to create windows displays, floor displays & assist with buying if interested. Flexible schedule.  Easy parking in Wellesley and accessible by T in Brookline.

Ideal candidate will:

-have some sales experience
-have excellent customer service skills 
-be able to lift boxes up to 30 lbs
-be flexible, fun and energetic
-this is not a seasonal position
-ability to travel to both locations by car is preferred but not required

-working some evenings ,weekends & holidays is REQUIRED

FT Brookline Assistant Manager (open)

Join our team! Creative Clothing Boutique is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help oversee our Brookline operations. We are looking for a positive person who is ready to lead a team of great salespeople in a great work environment.  Help create a warm, welcoming, customer service environment. The Store Manager will oversee:

  • Day to day operations
  • Train and manage staff
  • Manage merchandising
  • Assist with buying and manage re-orders
  • Achieve financial targets
  • Ensure shop in in tip top shape
  • Assist customers
  • Know what is needed for reorders
  • Know what is selling and what is not
  • Solicit customer feedback to understand our customer's needs.
  • Maintain a genuine curiosity about the products we sell and be proactive about developing and maintaining skills and expertise appropriate for the business and cultivate those same habits in your staff.

The ideal candidate will

  • have 1+ years of Specialty or DIY retail management experience.
  • ability have the to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • have experience in creating a fun and creative store environment where customer service comes first.
  • have experience as a hands-on manager with the ability to train and develop a team.
  • have retail operations experience including- product ordering, banking, inventory management, scheduling, payroll management, recruitment, and loss prevention.
  • visual merchandising display skills.
  • proven organizational skills; attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • college degree preferred but not required
