Shipping Rates:

  • FREE USPS priority mail shipping over $50
  • $7 shipping under $50

 

Shipping Policy:

  • All orders will generally be processed within 1-3 business days. We make every effort to ship same day when possible.
  • We do not ship on Sundays or Holidays.
  • Orders will be sent through the United States Postal Service as Priority Mail in the continental United States. This generally takes 1-3 days to get to you after we ship depending upon where you live. Please look out for tracking information in your email.  Exceptions apply and delivery time is not guaranteed. Order early for holiday delivery.  We expect there to be delays to the above times this year.
  • We cannot ship outside of the US.
  • We cannot offer a refund if the USPS says an item was delivered.
  • If you are picking up an item, you will get an email or text when it is ready for pick up.  Always, feel free to call to check!
  • We work hard to get you your package ASAP. Our customers always comment how surprisingly fast they get their orders! In a rare case, we reserve the right to ship other than USPS priority mail if this does not dramatically impact your ship time.  Please write in notes section on check out if you need your items by a certain time frame and we will work for that!

Refund and Return Policy

  • We will gladly accept returns on full priced, new, unused, unworn, items in original condition, with tags, within 14 days.  All returns require a paper or electronic receipt and will be refunded in the tender you paid.
  • After 14 days but within 30 days, we accept returns on full priced items for store credit only, at current selling price.  Items must be new, unused, unworn, in original condition with tags.  Paper or electronic receipt must be presented.
  • Shoes ordered online are not returnable.
  • Sale items, holiday items and special order items are final sale.
  • Returns may be made in store or by mail.
  • Your return must fall within the above return time periods when shipping back to us.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable.  We do not provide free return shipping.

Gift Returns:

  • Exchanges will be made with a gift receipt on new, unused, unworn, items in original condition, with tags, within 30 days.
  • If you require an exception to the 30 day rule on exchanges, please see a manager prior to the purchase of the item. Extensions to the 30 day gift exchange policy may be made at the discretion of the manager only at the time of purchase.
  • Sale and holiday are final sale.
